Karolina & Dan Part I - UVA

Karolina and Dan got married at the UVA chapel last Sunday. They had a lovely, intimate wedding with close friends and family. I was excited to get to work with Claire Goodman of the Charlottesville Wedding Blog, who officiated their ceremony. In her homily, Claire encouraged Karolina and Dan to pause and savor the moment of being together in preparation for their union - together with friends and family who love them and support them and together with each other making a choice to commit to one another. Karolina and Dan truly took that advice to heart, taking time to talk with everyone at their wedding and really allowing their wedding day to be one focused on the heart of the matter. I felt so blessed to get to participate in their day!
