Laurel and Mike 5.15.2010

I go to a lot of weddings. A lot. So, when I say that I was crying during the ceremony, it means something! And I have to confess to crying in the last pew of the church during Mike and Laurel's lovely Episcopalian wedding service (If you are looking into hiring me for a wedding, you should know that the church didn't allow photos during the ceremony, so I wasn't slacking on the job!). The words to the Episcopalian homily are so beautiful; they speak not only of the joys of marriage but also the perseverance through trial that makes the marriage commitment so meaningful.

Following their touching ceremony, Laurel and Mike celebrated their new life together with friends and family at historic Ashlawn Highlands. The weather was beautiful, the couple in love, and the photos are awesome! Enjoy!
